State Term Schedule that permits all agencies in the state to
purchase digital clock systems, timers, counters, message boards and
scoreboards directly from Industrial Electronic Service Ltd. without
the need for a competitive bid.

All state agencies,
and properly registered counties, townships, municipal corporations,
regional transit authorities, regional airport authorities, port
authorities, school districts, conservancy districts, township park
districts, park districts, created under chapter 1545 and any other
political sub-division described in the department's contracts
pursuant to section 125.04(b) of the revised code, the cooperative
purchasing act, state universities, state vocational schools, state
community colleges or other institutions of higher education may
also use these contracts (State Term Schedule). Use of the State
Term Schedules is based upon each entity's procurement authority.
